30-Day Return Request Period

Customers may request an eligible return within 30 calendar days after delivery.

Returned products should remain reasonably consistent with their original condition and should include original packaging, accessories, labels, or other supplied components where applicable.

For textile products, items showing substantial use, washing, modification, avoidable damage, contamination, or other conditions that prevent reasonable resale may be excluded from standard return eligibility where permitted by law.

Incorrect or Damaged Products

If an item arrives materially damaged, defective, or different from the product ordered, customers should contact us and provide relevant information. Photographs may be requested when necessary to review the condition.

Once a request has been reviewed, we will provide the appropriate return instructions or another applicable remedy.

Customers should obtain return instructions before sending products back. Items sent to an unapproved location may experience processing difficulties.
